omg yay!! i’m hoping to start very soon but working up the courage to make the appt is so hard 😩

i’ve lost 20 pounds since the spring and despite several efforts to lock in and get them back i’m trapped in the 220’s so i too gave up the ghost.
kinda hoping for e to slow my metabolism down some though…

20 pounds makes such a difference. i don’t fill my clothes out nearly as much 😩
