Oh that's even stranger then. You could do the killing port tasks if you wanted to go for active training with exp focus. I think people have been getting decent exp from there, but haven't done them myself really

I was lagging on my normal main world 363, but once I hopped over to a different low pop world I stopped lagging, maybe worth a try hopping around? Also make sure 117 is off if you haven't

They actually increased the exp from lvl 1-30 salvaging and port tasks by 20%! And in general the charting exp (will be given retroactively to people who already did it today) was increased by a substantial amount
