Absolutely - we have an EV, and I have no objection to the charge per mile. But we should apply it to all vehicles.

Ideal in the Peak District would be a tourist tax (hotel tax) which paid for better public transport, so we could then put in toll roads, as we get huge numbers of day visitors, mostly travelling by car.

There is no such thing as free delivery, and companies shouldn't be offering it. Couriers of all sorts are put under increasing pressure, and we're coming up to one of the worst times of year.
