I like naps.
Curious to see that write-up. Is it on NBC’s website, or elsewhere. Also worth noting that recent polls like Quinnipiac show a lower approval.

2/ My own sense is that Senate Ds are sowing the wind with this decision. It's not only a very, very bad idea on the merits. But trying to bamboozle their voters like this will having very damaging repercussions down the road. But people should keep calling. Nothing's over till it's over.

What does she consider a real job? These federal employees range from medical research to inspecting our nuclear weapons. She doesn't think these matter? How about we eliminate her position in Congress? After all, it isn't a real job since she just whines and lies about everything.

FWIW, 49% of Americans who voted went for Trump in 2024, with the largest reported factor being dissatisfaction with inflation. The base is probably about 34% of Americans, which isn’t great, but it ain’t 51% either.

Call your state attorney general. Every tax paying adult in your state may have been the victim of their personal data having been deliberately breached and misused. That would be a criminal act, and blue state AGs could pursue. Also, no threat of pardon for state charges.

Been on standby to evacuate twice in past 2 days, and number of friends who lost houses is up to double digits as of today. Not sure if any CH alums have lost homes, but trust me, you are better off far away right now…

Damn. Sorry to hear that. Even so, you don’t want to be back here in LA at the moment. Not fun at all.
