Tuesday: Roos got great news at work. I had a touching therapy appontment in the afternoon and then spent the evening making art with my XR art crew!

Monday: Had a fantastic experience at the dentist. No novacaine for the first time and the filling went so smooth! I was in and out in 18 minutes with no pain and no waiting hours for numbness to wear off

Went to the Balkan Deli this afternoon with Roos and enjoyed a delicious meal. The bread was so soft, the fried eggplant dish was mm-mm-good and the burger had an herb and roasted pepper cream cheese. Yum!

Tonight I went to a Community Dinner in Rotterdam Oost and it was lovely. I met so many new great people across different generations and cultural backgrounds. Beforehand, a man gave a wonderful workshop on breath work. I learned something new about a topic I love! And enjoyed a potluck feast!
