I’m so sorry your day was rough, friend.

Hey, so two years ago I saw exercise bands in a store , bought them, then just used them. So basically i got the moving part, I just needed one goal to toss in there. Then I bought my own weights, added an extra goal here and there, and it just built organically. Doesn’t need to be intense either.

I’ve seen a handful of Domino’s designs and they never not crack me up.
