i don't trust microsoft at all but at least so far they haven't made any blizzard or zenimax franchise exclusive. Sony though? they'd for sure make it at least a console exclusive

the worst part is that i doubt there would be any doubt that it could go through if a deal is made. Microsoft didn't have any major anti-trust fight when acquiring zenimax, which only had around 1,000 less employees when it was acquired than kadokawa has now
