I weirdly love this place. “Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.” This is what I love about America. Not what it is- what it can and should be.

Yeah, this touches on my line of thinking. Trump won’t be forever. And also.. Idk. I’m American! I talk to my wife about, “remember when Reagan did x to us?” I’ve spent almost a decade closely learning about American history as much as I possibly can. Not because I need to, but because I want to.
