Seems white people either:
• do not bother to read
• think they can’t (or that I can’t?) discern an established CPB checkpoint from #ICE commandeering a truck weigh-station
• and/or are in DEEP denial.
I have been gone through CPB checkpoints MANY times—they DO NOT ask drivers if we are citizens.

Oh wow. Lanes on I-10 narrowed suddenly, forcing ALL drivers to exit at a weigh station.
A makeshift checkpoint—digital sign read: “Have Passport Ready”
1 of like 12 ICE agents, all standing around—in full military gear—ordered me to open my window:
“You a U.S. citizen?”
“Uh yes” then let me go..
