I love pikas! They are so cute and super fun to watch. I guess they can be honorary bears.

My biggest problem is that all my field guides are still packed away. I can't wait to sit out there with an open book and my binocs.

And I'm worried that we'll spend so much time cleaning the old house getting it ready for the new owner, that we won't get settled into our new house until way late, especially since I work all weekend.

I hate moving. How do people do this?

Poutine is one of my favorite Canadian things. But unfortunately, not a single mention of it in the Study Guide or on my test!

Yeah, I do hope to get a couple cheap ones set up! Lots of deer, raccoons, foxes, coyotes, moose, and tons of birds out there, so hopefully I get some good stuff!

My main problem is that SO and I are approaching this from completely opposite angles. He's "I wonder if we should hang some coats in the closet, take these pictures down." I'm "Literally none of that matters if they're focused on chipped paint or things are covered in dog fur or dust." 😂 Stressed.

Buying and selling (and all the prep work and money stuff) is seriously stressing me out. Plus trying to show a house with FIVE dogs and a cat is a nightmare.

Oh, we're not going far. We bought an acreage ~30 min outside of Saskatoon. I still have my education job at the zoo, & SO is still working at the university. I am working with bears a bit at the zoo! And I might be doing some part time consulting on camera trap analyses and Arctic eco projects. 😉
