My anxiety makes it difficult to be open and interact with people I don't know. I will push myself to put myself out there to meet new people and make new friends. I'll also try to post more here as practice, even if it's just for myself.

2024 was a strange year for me. I had a lot of personal growth, but the world seems to have gone in the opposite direction. Despite all the doom and gloom, I hope I can successfully give the kindness and compassion I want more of in this world. I will continue doing my best to improve myself.

I'm tired of this country running on hate and fear. Yet fear and sorrow is all i feel right now. Our one chance at making real change has been lost... idk what to do or how we are going to survive. Seems like hate and fear will be here to stay.
