In recent years people have been concerned about kids being passive due the usage of phones and tablets.
Is it for the same reason protests are currently not ongoing in USA?

Isnt the idea behind DEI to make sure that people do not only hire their friends. As most high positions are held by white males that would translate to hiring unqualified white males.
If the way to go is to have DEI or smth else to prevent this I dont know but the current debate seems flawed?
