I would personally much prefer the Dreamlight Valley approach, I'd gladly pay for the base game and even a season pass if it meant I could find/craft/earn new outfits and stuff.

All I want is to make my home and my character look cool!

My main gripe is outfits. You get a good free collection at the start which you can mix and match and change colours. But that's it. It's F2P and the only thing you can buy with real money are outfits. And there's no other way of getting them except paying. And they are **expensive**
