Imo being able to decide who you talk to and who talks to you is a basic function of a social network and if a site lacks those capabilities you have to wonder what it really is supposed to be

I agree. There’s no point in engaging with those who only want to get a reaction out of you. Just a complete waste of time. At least with Bluesky, you can block and mute them
