Rulers, statesmen and peoples are primarily referred to the lessons of historical experience. But what experience and history teach is that nations and governments have never learned anything from history and have never acted in accordance with the lessons that could have been drawn from it.

Law doesn't matter in this situation, if you can do something without any repercussions or possibility of repercussions; it is de facto legal even if de jure it says otherwise

I think blue states should find a way to stop the feds from collecting taxes, have then no longer deducted at the source or something.

I'm in public procurement in Quebec, our treasury board had already add surcharge to bids of 25% from American companies and we have a convoluted approval process for any purchase from an American company that it adds delays and people just avoid doing it
