You could argue that we did the same thing to Venezuela recently. They also had quite a bad leader that had heavily shrouded in conspiracy. But, again, we can't be certain they didn't elect him in. They chose him. Then we made the decision for them to take him out. That was wrong of us and it (2/3)

Unfortunately it would be incredibly taboo and dangerous due to the precedent it would set. Ultimately there is no 100% certain evidence that we didn't vote him in.
