I'm not sure helping an American company get oil out of our country counts as independence. Can't we just work on a national energy grid first? We literally couldn't keep the lights on without the US right now.

They aren't working on pharmacare. Further expansion wasn't in the budget either. They aren't trying to sign deals. I wonder if that's the same plan for killing childcare. www.cbc.ca/news/politic...
