Last week, Mikkel Emil and I attended the fish telemetry conference in Traverse, Michigan. Despite various challenges, partly arising from the new U.S. administration, the conference was very well executed, with excellent and insightful presentations. A great thanks to the committee of #ICFT2025

Fisk reagerer ulikt på støy. Noen arter svømmer kjapt unna, men kommer snart tilbake. Svake individ kan dø.

A fishy day at #UNIS for the limnology class. Guest teacher @grimsruddavidsen.bsky.social taught about ecology and behavior of #Arctic_charr. Fascinating how this 🐟 species coop with living in the #Arctic. Students got hands-on experience with modern fish tracking equipment. @limnology.bsky.social
