Biggest pain with Ai upscaling is having to deal with telecine glitches. Not a single inverse telecine filter out there is capable of 100% adapting to random phase shifts. Result of that is blink-and-you'll-miss-it frame that remains interlaced. And when you finally notice one.. it's too late to fix
