I’m not one of those gym bros by any means. I was a Division 2 basketball player who let myself go for 12 years. I don’t care your age or what kind of shape you’re in. Don’t be afraid of it. Get moving. I feel so much better getting in the gym. No workout is too small. Love yourselves MANG.

We didn’t sell a single book last year. My job has gotten in my way of any promoting or creativity at all. Not to mention Twitter going down the shitter. Selling copies of our first book is pretty stellar to me.
