It was a fun stream, but I doubt i will preorder the game, maybe I'll purchase it when it doesn't look like this on my hardware (using Linux btw)

I found a way to run #MonsterHunterWilds on #Fedora 41 with my RTX2060 with better settings and no crashes 😆!
It worked by using GE-Proton9-23 and adding this line to the Launch Options:
PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=1 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 VKD3D_DISABLE_EXTENSIONS=VK_NV_low_latency2 %command%

I found a way to run #MonsterHunterWilds on #Fedora 41 with my RTX2060 with better settings and no crashes 😆!

Any setting change in the benchmark or in my PC would make the glitches to get worse until the tool crashes. I'm still willing to test more stuff, but at least I know that there are some things in the works on the Linux side that could improve things drastically in the future.

Ok, here are my #MonsterHunterWilds benchmark tool results when running on #Fedora 41.
Even if the frame rate was good enough to enjoy the game, I can't say that this was a flawless experience. I saw some artifacts while the game was running, so I'm not confident that it won't crash.
