I loved the platforming and gameplay (with the exception of some jump-scare/instadeath parts)
But the portrayal of Samus was disappointing, & story arcs involving the marines and the threat of an insider just vanished with no real payoff, in a puff of smoke, or a raccoon washing cotton candy.
