30 sit ups and 15 push ups.
If you have no time to train etc, even working up to something as simple seeming as this over months makes a massive difference. It’s all about repetition and consistency. Start small and do what you CAN do. It just gets easier.

Make a fitness routine. Pick something simple that you can make time for. Once it gets easy switch it up for something more challenging. This month it’s 30 sit ups and a few push ups for me.

Thirty sit ups a day this month. Added 15 narrow push ups just for fun. I hop this inspires you to have a go.
