Agreed, same with OG/OC. There are definitely depth guys they can elevate, but which ones?

A window into internal coaching vs scouting debates. You can really see both sides of the coin and the truth is really somewhere in the middle.

The staff (previous coaching staff) really liked those linebackers. They may have a chance next year.

What about like, Jesse Minter and Brady/McDaniel/Davis Webb as OC?

That’s very exciting for his development. Underrated storyline on defense.

Holy crap…

There was late pressure but, like, c’mon.

Maybe it was just me, but didn’t love love how Cook scampered laterally out of bonds. Smack a guy and fight for 2 or 3 more yards!

Although still a good job staying up by the RB

Kiser is an interesting choice given Bills LB preferences.

Do we know yet which specific picks? Dallas has multiple 5ths and BUF has multiple 6ths.

Immediately was like "Oh, well Joe will be pleased."
March 10, 2025 at 7:18 PM
Cool. Keep ‘em coming!
February 25, 2025 at 6:10 PM
Have to replace starters at DT, OG too.
February 25, 2025 at 4:50 PM
Yeah, no, definitely get the reasoning. Just disagree with them.

For example, I assume McGovern and Bernard will be re-signed. I assume David Edwards will be re-signed or replaced with a guy they have on the roster (such as Alec Anderson), etc.

I don't hate it. Don't understand the investment in Guard and Linebacker when those are some of our deepest position groups. Also would like to see maybe another investment in a DT.

Also with QB, I assume we'd be cutting Trubisky in this scenario?
February 21, 2025 at 7:28 PM
Yeah, this isn't Alec Anderson --who makes $1M -- this is James Cook who's scheduled to get $5.5M this next season.
February 21, 2025 at 4:22 PM
Not bad, like a lot of the positions targeted and some of the players.

Think DT should be a higher priority and am probably more willing to lean on the coaching staff in identifying a lower-round CB who can contribute.
February 12, 2025 at 7:52 PM
Can see why they want to re-do Allen’s contract…
January 23, 2025 at 2:43 PM
“Get a look at” is interesting phrasing.

Guess we are getting a fourth preseason game!
