Trump blamed the radical left for Charlie Kirk's assassination, and he was condemned for it, despite the fact it was obvious he was correct, which was proven today. We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy. Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children.

I don't expect anyone on this site to have sympathy for Charlie Kirk. But at the very least, I implore all of you to spare a thought for his wife and young children. Whether you liked him or not, his children, nor anyone's children for that matter, deserve to grow up without their father with them.
