And thank you to everyone who made time to let me know they liked my set or have a little chat after I played. I’m still relatively new to this playing live lark, so it was lovely to hear some folk enjoyed hearing what I did as much as I enjoyed playing it!

I had a wonderful time at #SwitchedOn this weekend. Both as a punter and, excitingly, a playing artist.

Sunday morning in wonderful Whitby.

Smashing in a couple of last-minute practices before my #switchedon debut

Given on a iPhone you have to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to swap apps, this is a bit of*genius* UI design from #podpoint

A screenshot from the Pod Point app. It shows the screen you see while charging. There is a big black stop charging button right at the bottom of the screen where you have to tap and drag to swap apps on the iPhone. Why they couldn’t stick it at the top of the screen out of the way of any accidental clicks, I really don’t know. Rubbish

It would appear I have a clutch of demos of tunes with words. Er...songs, I think they are called.

Not sure if the world is ready for a "gribbles sings!" ep/lp...😆

Might try them out on a few folk first.

Looks like a Bandcamp Friday gribbles release is on the cards...

3 tracks of chilled, laid back Lincolnshire dialect melancholia with an additional *slightly* more upbeat live in the studio improv.

Silly default patterns and rubbish phone sound recording, but this is going to work just how I wanted

Another little piece of the Studio Gribbly jigsaw slots into place.

Unbelievably, gives the state of my cable boxes, I think I'm going to need to order some MIDI cables!
