Chicken and mushrooms with fried rice.
This really is one of my favorite dishes to make. Simple and delicious.
I have posted the recipe before for the chicken& mushrooms. The key is making a marinade with corn starch. I tried different amounts of time I say more is better but keep it refrigerated

Chinese style chicken and mushrooms with sesame noodles. Now thus is probably the tastiest chicken eve I can not recomend it enough. 2nd photo has the recipie I used for the chicken. Here's the link I use for the noodles. Both are simple and quick to make.

On a lighter note Pide is magical and can be eaten whenever and I recomend it. I made mine with mozzarella, mushroom and spinach. I made a few others with lamb, mozz& spinach.

I love making Curry! Initially, I thought this was such a scary recipe to attempt but as I have continue to make it, it's become easier and get better each time. Never give up learning something new. Everything takes time, adjustments and practice.
