Just wanted to mention- I see BC/BS there, you should inquire about the Bluecard program which generally "cuts deals" from one BCBS plan to another since they're usually state specific. Also, your state rep may be able to help via the No Surprises Act and your insurance board, even out of state.

Hair chalk maybe? I don't have a ton of experience with hair dye in general, but I always found hair chalk washed out quickly!
