I also find that a great number of behavior issues relate to family struggles. We need to address this cause while also holding them accountable for their behavior.

Definitely a charge the building had established position and was stationary.

Definitely a charge the building had established position and was stationary.
I find that too many times it is either one way or the other. We punish the behavior without looking at the cause or we address the underlying issue and ignore the behavior. Our children need to know that it is okay to feel those big emotions, but is not okay to exhibit those behaviors. #Teachers
