The key part of this B&R should be to avoid people being incentivised to move to Boros only as that is the likely movement post Breach. The other option of course is to defang Boros and go for Guide of Souls but I don't think that is likely.

I think there is room to unban a lot more. Jitte and others should get off the list but likely won't affect the meta. Unban them but unban some cards like Uro or DFS to AVOID majority pivoting to Boros.

I don't think either would be that problematic. In the case of Uro it likely would lead to more diversity at this stage. Uro doesn't seem that much stronger than Phlage.

I think Aftermath Analyst should go. It leads to play patterns that have been banned in the past in respect of other cards. If it drops Amulet too much then it is probably time to look at Field of the Dead or Uro unban.
