Several of those could be done easily in existing systems (Traveler/Foundation, Wings of Fire/Epylion) and the 'mancer series is based on a blend of Unknown Armies and Mage, so...

Ironsworn is fun as a solo game, and I think it would also work really well in a group with a DM with almost zero rules changes.

Scum and Villainy is really good, but it takes a bit to get used to the play style. Minimal establishing RP, and right to the action.
