At Kokorocon this year I witnessed someone using a joycon as a remote for a PowerPoint presentation.
I have found you can do the same with a Wiimote, which I have personally tested.
I'll be using this for my con presentation at Hotarucon.

So I've almost finished making a coat for a cosplay I'm planning, but found that it doesn't fit around my gut 😭
So I'm going on a keto-ish diet and doing exercise to try and get rid of my spare tire.
Currently hoping my ADHD makes this a hyperfocus for me, so I'm more inclined to stick with it!

Another visit from the woodpecker today. They've been taking a few hits at the feeder then staring into the middle distance, you'd think they'd concussed themselves.

Tis a sad day, I've poured the last of the Cypriot spirit I bought on holiday back in June.
I'd specifically gone for the honeyed version due to my fondness for honey and mead.
It's delicious and I'd recommend it to anyone who fancies something strong and almost brandy-like.

This morning has been filled with the headache that is turning the flat mesh model on the left into the 3D model on the right.
There were no guides on this, so I had to experiment to get the answer.
(Using Meshmixer I extruded the model, then used the Make Solid function)
Now to see if it prints!

For a first-time user, I'm really happy with it. Made the benchy model and most of a mini mega drive and cartridge (sadly ran out of the sample filament it came with).
Really happy with the results though.

Along with my Benchy, I tried making a micro Mega Drive and game cartridge.
Sadly, I was 2 minutes worth of filament short from finishing it.
Not bad going for the small amount of filament it came with.
