I actually wanted to play for a team in Philly but never made the connections. I think I'll see what's around for Rugby in Chicagoland. I'm definitely not worthy of a Kendrick nick. I don't use a name online however, privacy reasons.

I managed to grow both Pequin and Habanero peppers on my balcony in the temperate climate of Chicagoland. Started as an experiment, but now I have more than I can casually use.
Any suggestions for preservation, recipes for dishes or sauce ideas to use them either separately or together?
