From October 2024 to April 2025 to now, I had my gastric bypass in February 5, 2025 and I've been going to the gym (to the best of my ability while also having fibromyalga and IBS) three times a week. Do I still have excess skin and a belly? Yes, but I'm healthier and I feel better. 285 down to 198.
