As part of the work on our new Comprehensive Plan, I've been reading our 1967 Comprehensive Plan. There’s a lot in the 1967 Plan which is interesting, surprising and sometimes contradicts what some view as conventional wisdom. Here’s what the 1967 Plan projected our zoning to look like in 2000.
