I was 98 in Moscow and at least what I could see from where I lived, most money was at home and most of it dollars. Now they don't even have dollars

It's not fair to compare Soviet army from WW2 and Ruzzia from today, because :
1) Soviets got weapons from US
2) Ukrainians fought against Nazi Germany

There was some news/rumor that ruzzia did not pay for the help from Iran, so deliveries should have stopped. Anyway they can produce much in Alabuga plant by themselves. The main "bad" thing however is the end of the anti western coalition led by Ruzzia... China is another story for itself...
