Metafictive anti-realist, apparently. 1/3 of LUDONARRATIVE DISSIDENTS. You can get a ton of free fiction I got paid to write from www.gregstolze.com — no tricks, no traps, some tropes.

Autocorrect's angriest fool.
That’s the boom, and then @bitterkarella.bsky.social does a Midnight Pals joke as an echo.

…then, just extend that idea farther and don’t get weird about it when there is ANY factor about a woman that doesn’t fit the general rule. There are lots of exceptions. Believe them. Trust me, it’s easier!

So I recommend not being weird about it. Don’t freak out or get defensive if you meet a woman who is physically stronger than you. It’s normal! Those bell curves are long and there are 4bn women on the planet.

Partly natural gift and partly a lifetime of training in her case, but they’re out there.

Gents, there are women stronger than you running around on the planet (unless you already have a protein powder endorsement deal). You could meet one tomorrow!

I guess I think about this because I knew a woman who did not look extraordinary — if you saw her in sweats and a t-shirt at the store you wouldn’t assume she was an elite athlete — but she could lift a grown man like he was an empty suitcase.

AND YET, if you compare those Olympic women to sedentary men, or even to the gym rats, you find that some women are much stronger than ALMOST ALL men.

It’s a convenient rule, but it’s hardly without exception.

If you compared sedentary people who never exercise, I expect the median man would be able to bench more than the median woman.

So the rule “men are stronger than women” seems pretty straightforward and robust. Right?

…right?

If you look at the weights lifted by male Olympic weightlifters and female Olympic weightlifters, the men lift more.

I imagine, if you looked at the weights an average man at the gym lifts, it would exceed what an average woman at the gym lifts.

A Netflix series, tragically canceled after one unevenly brilliant season.

Is this the red and blue kickboxing robots, or do you have more refined faves?

By which I guess I mean "linky?"

Transphobia is a lot of things. One - ONE OF A NUMBER - is a jangling set of keys, desperately shaken at the most hateful people, to keep them from paying attention to boring ol' climate change.
