It’s a little slow, tbh

Looks pretty damn good on Hulu Live

It’s good to keep up to date. I upgraded from a 13 to a 16 a couple months ago. It’s not much different but works better. Faster, better battery, camera, etc.

Good article. Wish it had been written after the fires in LA. The complete ineptness of the Democrats in charge there may usher in Republicans or independents to power. Sounds crazy, but it seems more likely than Democrats in power changing their attitudes.

Maybe we wait until the fires are out before we discuss rebuilding. Seems like any decisions now will be made emotionally rather than logically, and politicians are going to lean into popular sentiments in order to score points with the public.

Brain Anderson needs a gig. He’s great.

I'm guessing that the new ESPN+ (Flagship) ends up looking a lot like what Venu was supposed to be. Fox needs a streaming solution. B/R Sports doesn't have enough content. Consolidating it makes sense. Maybe Fox/WBD even pays ESPN to produce it all. "ESPN on Fox" just like "ESPN on ABC", etc.

Why start a huge drilling project when it could be stalled or scrapped four years from now?

Actually, by making money on the fossil fuel companies for their policies the insurance companies can cover their inevitable losses on home/car insurance. If they are forced to only write very high risk policies then they all go out of business and no one is insured.

His WAR is 60.2, easy call. If Trump can be President, then Andy Pettitte can be in the Hall of Fame. Shouldn’t take hours of deep thought.

Uh, you obviously haven't watched OKC...

He has Josh Hart’s vote
January 7, 2025 at 8:29 PM
Exactly right. He realized the cure to bullshit wasn't more bullshit. Great movie. Loved that Johnny Cash was his Yoda.

It's where you pray you have enough gas in the tank to get to Tucumcari, NM. Also, tumbleweeds.

Yep, Chet can’t get back soon enough

SGA made Josh Hart fall off his skates
January 4, 2025 at 1:30 AM
They got Skatebo’d!

The white bell bottoms with black shoes look is interesting! Good to see him up on those big feet, though.

SGA is unreal. J-Dub manhandled Randle, turned the momentum around.

Also, it's funny how a lot of those guys have been Astro killers over the years. Bader's best week of his career was against us in the playoffs a couple years ago. Michael A. Taylor always has our number. Several more. We need a better bench than we have had the past couple years.

Agree, and I'm a Thunder fan. It's weird. Shai definitely has turned it up a notch after that <loss> to the Bucks, though. He's a joy to watch. Never misses a game, plays awesome defense, keeps his teammates involved. Total package.

Trading Tucker without getting a replacement outfielder was really stupid. I still think they should go after Santander, even if it means trading Pressly and/or Framber. If not, get a bunch of these guys on the list and platoon them.

That game was fun. I had zero rooting interest in either team, but I really enjoyed watching those two kids battle.
