Here’s an update. My sourdough is multigrain rye is more like the stone bread in Joy Kogowa’s Obasan (1981). It is sedimentary and hefty. It’ll be once more to the breach if I ever get through these two bricks.

Tried unsuccessfully to get my Swedish Angel Chimes to rotate with a few drops of oil. Then I straightened the mast. Now they fly.
