Exactement, je ne pourrais être plus d'accord. En cette ère de plafond salarial, ce sont les mauvais contrats aux joueurs de soutien qui font le plus mal aux équipes. Sans parler du fait que ça enlève quelque peu cette ''urgence'' dans leur jeu.

I agree. But I also think Kaiden Guhle makes this team so much better. He gives Hutson a legit partner, while pushing Struble and Carrier down the ladder. I’d be shocked if they still give up that many goals when he returns.

Of course, but injuries are becoming a factor. Guhle´s return should help tremendously, and pushing Struble and Carrier down the ladder too.

Great read. Awesome lineup coming up shortly and you didn’t even touch the D group and goaltending! Add Reinbacher and Fowler to the young core. Great time to be a Habs fan!

My prediction: KH won’t go after an old center unless the price tag is pretty cheap. If he pays a steep price, it will be for someone under 27-28.

No absolutely not. If you’re going to trade those 2 assets, fine. But not for an end of the road vet. Habs are not contenders for the next 2 playoffs. Be patient.

I mean if the 4 guy is Guhle, fine, I can live with it. But with the play of Carrier this season, play the 5-6 more and see what happens.

Yeah, it must be real tempting for HuGo. I still think it’s a bit early, but at the same time, Carey did it, and Fowler is the Future of the Habs. So, is the future now?!
