Dehydrated some habaneros and then used a spice grinder- trying my hand at mixing spices into a steak seasoning.

Next batch of hot sauce, my second and third attempts- Habanero (the three on the left), and Blackberry Habanero (two on the right). Both turned out good and looking at trying them on pizza tonight 😁

Thai chilies (I think). I've harvested close to twenty of these. It's been producing like crazy. The peppers have a nice bright red color.

Jalapenos. Harvested 5 so far and they seem to be doing well. Might be a little on the small side, but the fertilizer I'm using is more balanced to establish growth. Next year I will switch it over for better harvesting, if it survives the winter.

Orange bell pepper. Harvested two so far, but need to prune them better to space out. There's a small wasp nest in the center. Normally I kill wasps and destroy the nests, but I've noticed the aphids and mites are gone. They're oddly docile, had my hands inches from them while harvesting.

Red bell peppers, but they've been growing kind of crowded. I'm going to have to prune better next season, but I have gotten two harvested so far.

These are red habaneros, but none are ready to harvest. However, they're getting to be a good size for habaneros.

These were suppose to be orange habaneros, but they are going red. Gotten four harvested so far.

Yellow habanero, they got a slow start, but are revving up. Still a bit before I expect to harvest anything.

New Mexico Chilies. Think I put them outside too early. Don't expect any harvest this year, I just want them to grow enough to survive the winter in the garage with UV lights and heat pads.

Quick stop at the beach after work.
Stopped by one of the many farmers markets and found this white corn. Out of the bag, onto the plate- probably the sweetest and crunchiest corn I have ever had.
