to be honest, I suspect alcohol is the reason for those other things. The issue is that raging alcoholic can't just "stop" He needs a serious program. He's got the disease. His behavior that you describe is clearly driven by the disease in his brain but it will take a lot of work -

the only point of these nominations seem to be to destroy the lives of the people he chooses. All their dirty laundry is pulled out and examined with a microscope. People to run run away from Trump--he is the destroyer of lives.

they both need substance use disorder treatment--maybe an outpatient program. They are both addicts -- Elon probably high on Ketamine at 3 am sending out tweets. Hegseth is a full blown raging alcoholic. The first step is admitting you have a problem.

That's not going to work. He clearly has the disease and at a minimum needs a dedicate out patient program to start. Maybe inpatient to be honest.
