When I watched E1 (without giving away spoilers), the amount of mistakes made by the guy in the bio containment lab were horrendous, and genuinely not realistic. But hey, it's good TV.

Are the CEO's of these donor companies too stupid or too arrogant to appreciate what this could do to their brand. It's a rhetorical question... of course it's too arrogant, they think they are untouchable. Yet without consumers of their products or services, their companies die.
