There's a case in DC called Gaither that says, basically, "don't do what the gov't did here"; it's such a common thing that apparently in the District they have the shorthand term for "print a new thing and have the GJ vote on it"

Saw someone post the theory that she'd never heard of gaitherizing before; when a paralegal or w/e casually told her to do it she either hubristically or ignorantly just hit Ctrl+P and took the edited thing to court.

I'm not sure if 606(b)(2)(C) is squarely on all fours with this - is "did you vote on this thing" a clerical error? - but it's a worthwhile line of inquiry if this judge gets well and truly fed up
