Nice! For the DDAADD tuning i play a lot of drone notes, exploring different scales and modes for the melody. Another fave tuning for that is DGDGGD. 1s and 5s for me!

My son's GF wears a Pixies t-shirt without knowing who they are, and i just played them a song after seeing this. She said "it sounds like something i would listen to if i were your age." But they totally got the 6-7 reference. I'm broken.
