I've heard good things about that part of owning a Steam Deck. If they have an interest in that when they open it, we'll look into it. Yeah, I'm excited for them on Christmas.

It was very easy to setup a Steam Family in anticipation of my kids opening his new Steam Deck on Christmas morning. I really wish Xbox would make a GP family plan available.

I don't want rewards, I want a Family plan option. I thought you all were testing this somewhere in the world? Will it ever come to the United States?

One of the kids asks me why this can't work. I hoped they would make a Family Game Pass membership years ago. Would love it if they offered that option before my kids leave for college in 4 years. Who's got the best option today for playing games as a family? Nintendo, Steam?

What was your process to make the recommendation? How much time did you dedicate?

Is there a HabitKit community? I purchased the lifetime option. I've got some ideas for how I'd like to use it. I'd be curious to hear from other HabitKit-ers of things that went well or didn't go well in their attempts. I'm not talking about functionality, we've got great flexibility with this app!

Very likely, I’m in my head thinking about the team and people I work with. We’ve had a lot of change this year. Trying to find our rhythm after some org changes.

I, as a PM used Figma Make recently to turn my understanding into a visual. I shared that with about five clients talking through what aspects were helpful for them to understand what they needed to. Designers let me know they thought I shared too much. I’m thinking about how I improve next time.

A year or more ago I felt like I was using analogies too often when trying to be understood. Without analogies I feel like I over explain by trying to share all the context I have. I aspire to explain complex things, simply one day.

I’m taking a twice daily medication right now and I’m using Apple’s Health app to keep track. If you haven’t tried it out before I think it’s neat that they show you a calendar of the doses taken and they also give me scheduled reminders for the medication.

Similar function possible in HK?

This is a console I completely missed.

I feel like I lucked out, I was mentally prepared to spend $105 if I had to. For my kids, $60 is the sweet spot in my head for shoes since they need 2-3 pair each year either wearing them out or growing out of them.

Needed to get a pair of shoes for my daughter today. Prices and selection were varied, ended up finding the best price at a Nike Outlet store. SLC, UT.

We visited:
Dick’s Sporting Goods - $105
DSW - N/A
Ross - Alternate low top, $45
Nike Outlet - $50 on sale

😂 sometimes I wonder why it’s gotta be so complicated?! Good for them though, I’m glad someone is successful and happy.

With ego versus naivety, have you seen this with junior and senior PMs? With copying competition, is the solid ground there when found in win/loss interviews? I cursory glance at a competitor website seems too risky to me but maybe I'm wrong. Thanks for engaging!

I want this to be true. How can I test this?

Do you think their own curiosity drew them to those problems or their leadership was more interested to hear about those problems?

I’d like to interrogate my thinking.
