There are folks who just look at ground plans and redo the layout. Rich or thrifty it’s just moving stuff.

Canadians and a few other countries don’t need visas to enter the US for shorter periods (<3 months). Usually it’s just temporary workers and students, or snowbirds spending more time there. Other nationalities need a visa every time.
