He's also giving away the game BIG TIME by even conceding that he's colluding with THE Attorney General (not HIS Attorney General, as collusion between the POTUS and AG is generally seen as corruption out of hand). He thinks he's gotten away with everything already. He views Amercia as his.

Yes - these bans are of the most insidious nature. They are a seizure, of a natural part of your person, with a claim that it belongs to them. They think they should be the ones to dictate how YOU engage with sex (yet you wouldn't know it based on how they'd act if you tried to control THEIR sex)

But yeah, I think we're seeing that either side can "crave" power. I know Trump won the popular vote this time around, but he didn't in his first term. Is a cynical power grab from a side elected by a minority of the country's population better than one from a majority, or is it perhaps even worse?

Either way, I genuinely appreciate the discussion, as you seem honest. I'll also add that I think the electoral college is another tool that can drive a wedge between Americans ("red states" vs "blue states"). It drives the idea that Americans have to "beat" each other instead of sharing a state

The electoral college is essentially affirmative action for rural voters (and those from small states). It actually removes representation from voters in large industrial and commercial areas (where you do have a large diversity of views), and enables a tyranny of a largely homogeneous minority.

We live in a multi-tiered system where people have municipal --> county --> state --> federal level representation. There are tons of ways people can have gov't representation that's not through the federal gov't. In my view I just think every level should be 1 man - 1 vote. Is that so crazy?

I mean, read whatever you want (and I'd defend your right to do so). But unless you're in high school I think you'll quickly come to the conclusion that Libertarianism is a deeply incoherent ideology devised by people who are already immensely privileged (and yes, it's self-indulgent as well)
