Are they? In KY, the rate of 18-year olds going to college is declining. Although I suppose the drop in migration rates predates that trend.

I agree that it’s a different list, but I would also love to see what folks think are the “essentials” or maybe the classics that we should all read.

Short story: Both should align with the outcomes of projects we've built in the past. So establish those benchmarks and compare, making sure it is an apples-to-apples comparison. If they are different, you have two choices: 1) make the model better, or 2) apply an adjustment factor.
