What is the review process? Is there even a review process? Is Elon the decision maker? That’s not an efficient government… that’s an autocracy.

DOGE is not finding fraud. They are finding things they don’t ideologically agree with, yelling fraud, and canceling contracts. The new admin certainly has a right to review priorities within agencies. But who is, on a daily basis, making the decision to cancel contracts?
